Hey Disney Vacation Club members, Thanksgiving’s just around the corner, and Disney’s like everybody else. The company is scrambling to get all its work done before the holiday. I’ve got a lot of important stories for you in the latest DVC Parks and Resorts Update. The Grand Floridian Walkway Is Open For most of the. Diablo Valley College offers a wide variety of online and partially online classes, many of which fulfill the IGETC agreement with four-year colleges and A.A. Degree requirements.
As we reach the end of the year, the inevitable is coming, DVC Annual Dues. We already received the projections for 2021 dues, and most of us already know how we prefer to pay ours. According to the Disney Vacation Club website, statements will be posted on or after December 17, 2020, and the due date for payments being made in full is January 15, 2021.
For the newer members out there or maybe those who just need a refresher, let’s review the options you have for paying your annual dues. Pay one lump sum online
You can do this on the member site using a bank account, credit card, or our personal favorite, gift cards. Many members find gift card deals throughout the year and stockpile them for dues. We personally find Disney Gift Cards to be a great gift for us when family members ask, and we usually use a Target Red Card for 5% off any additional gift cards we need. It’s like getting 5% off your dues! There are other gift card deals to be had as well, and purchasing your gift cards with a rewards credit card can help you add even more savings. Pay one lump sum on autopay
This is a new feature that DVC has started offering. If you prefer the set it and forget it scenario, you can set up an autopay to automatically pay your dues in a lump sum yearly. Note that this feature is not an option for those who choose to make monthly payments. Personally, I’m not too fond of this method for a few reasons. First, you are missing out on valuable gift card savings. Second, most credit cards expire within three years, so you will still need to re-setup your autopay every few years. Since it only occurs once a year, you will only get to use this feature one-three times before you have to make changes. Pay monthly
If you opt for the monthly payment, it will take your yearly dues and spread them out over 12 payments. This is convenient if you don’t want to shell out the entire bill at once. The downside here is that in order to enroll in monthly payments, you can only use a bank account from the United States (so this leaves out our international friends). You do not have the option to use a credit card or gift cards. Mail a checkWhat I’ve Learntluchia’s Dvc Site Website
If you are not interested in dealing with paying dues online, you still have the option to mail in a check. If you usually choose this method, it is important to note that there is a new address to send your checks: 28397 Network Place Chicago, IL 60673-1283. Checks are no longer being accepted at the old PO Box or the Celebration, FL address after March 30, 2021. Even though there is some time built-in, it’s probably best to mail to the new Chicago address. Call and pay by phone
You can also call Member Services to pay your bill. Be sure to have your preferred method ready, and remember if you are setting up a monthly payment, you will need a US banking account. The phone number is (800) 800-9800.
While dues are due January 15, 2021, you have until February 14, 2021 (Happy Valentine’s Day!) for your payment to hit your account before you incur any late fees. As of February 15, 2021, you will have late fees and interest that will accumulate each month on any past due balance. What I’ve Learntluchia’s Dvc Site Login
If we can chalk up anything good from 2020, it will be that this yearly right of passage as DVC Members won’t sting quite as much this year thanks to a small rebate/credit being applied to 2021 Annual Dues due to the events of this past year. My best advice is to enjoy the holidays and then worry about this payment once the new year rolls around.
